RULES:

1. Everyone including children must stay inside the venue at all times during the time of your rental unless you are going to the bathroom.

2. All kids must be with an adult while going to the bathroom.

3. THERE IS NO SMOKING IN THE VENUE!

4. Alcohol beverages are going to be set at a limit permitted during the event.

A. No glass bottles allowed

B. Beer is allowed but has to be cans

5. No running in the hall.

6. Once you have put a down payment for your event date there will be NO REFUND.

7. The full payment must be made 2 weeks before the event.

8. You can only put up things on the walls using painter tape. If paint comes off the wall due to something that was taped you will lose your deposit

9. You are able to come in and decorate for your event at the start of your event the same day of your event. If we are decorating for you we will contact you when you can come in and see the decoration.

10. Any physical damage done to the property will be at the renter’s expense to repair that includes the bathrooms, hallway, and outside the building.

Notice there is security cameras in the venue for security purposes. Please do not disconnect them. If cameras are disconnected we will get a notification and we will have to come in to make sure they are connected again and make sure everything is ok for the safety of you and your guest.
